From very early on as a young lad growing up in the 80's, I was always fascinated by the airport. I used to have my mother drive me down and watch the planes taxi in to drop off and collect all the lucky guests who were flying. It's one of the only places where true human emotions are portrayed. They are the gateways that allow the human race to share, bond, visit, laugh, and cry.
I have been photographing Airports in detail since 1997. I am often that guy running around getting chased by security and arguing with the customs officials over what camera film can and cannot be put the X ray machines.
